Updates: This upcoming Saturday, Aug. 22nd we will be running 1 workout at 8am. This workout will consist of 4 mini team workouts with consequences to the losing team! If you can make it we encourage you to come out. It will be an Great Time.
A few more updates: Saturday, Aug 29th pending that all inspections clear we anticipate on running our first official WOD at 117 East Broad Street Souderton, 18964. If all goes well we will move equipment following our last class (11am) on Friday, Aug 28th. Stay tuned with updates as we make our move. We will host 1 workout on the 29th at 8am. This is a Free Saturday so please bring someone new.

Starting in Sept. CrossFit Apex will be operating out of a larger box in downtown Souderton. The good Ol' Garage has be out grown. Our new location is located at 117 E. Broad Street in Souderton. The building is an old Auto Body Shop with wonderful potential as a new CROSSFIT BOX. The clean up of the facility has begun......Pics will continue to follow. Stay Tuned for renovations.

Fight Gone Bad IV
Fight Gone Bad is an awesome fund raiser the entire Crossfit community gets behind. Crossfitters around the world will unite to support and honor the thousands of people fighting prostate cancer as well as our injured service men and women. All proceeds benefit Athletes for a Cure and Wounded Warrior Project. Two very worthy causes!
The Event takes place on Saturday, Sept. 26th. WOD is Fight Gone Bad
We need your help! Crossfit Apex has registered as a team and we want all of you help us raise money to support these causes. There are two ways you can help.
1. Register as a member of our team and participate in the WOD. To join the team, click here. Choose “Join an existing team.” Continue with the state pull down and then select “Crossfit Apex” from the Select a Team pulldown menu.
2. Donate money, pass along the message and get other people to donate money. To donate, click here . Make sure you type "Crossfit Apex" under team name and sponsor one of the Apex FGB IV participants.
Participants who raise $150 or more will receive a limited edition FGB IV t-shirt.
Affiliates who raise over $1k receive a limited edition FGB IV poster.
Affiliates who raise over $5k receive a limited edition FGB IV 3’ x 3’ custom hanging banner.
