2014 OPEN - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ALL Apex Members

Apex's Friday Wods for 5 weeks starting Feb. 27th will be a 2014 Open workout. Everyone who attends classes on Friday at Apex will complete this Open workout. The 5:30pm group class is where most of Apex's Open Athletes will be scored for the Open Wod during, Friday Night Lights. We currently have 58 Apex members signed up to see where they rank on the worldwide leaderboard.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL SIGNED UP FOR THE OPEN

Everyone signed up for the CrossFit Open must be judged in order to have a score validated. All athletes must submit their score by Monday evening at 5pm ET.

Athletes planning to compete in Regionals (Potential Apex Team Members) must be judged by someone who has completed their online judges course and must be video taped.

CrossFit Competition RULE BOOK

Any Apex athlete signed up who is unable to make the 5:30pm Friday night lights may either complete the open wod in an earlier Friday morning class or they must contact someone to judge them at another time. If you are a regional athlete unable to make a Friday class remember you must video tape and have someone who has completed their online judges course judge you. All redo's must be done on Sunday's Open gym (12pm) but remember you must find your own judge.

If you have completed your online judges course and are willing to judge someone on an off time please sign your name and phone number on the check in table at Apex.
