Kick Starter Program: $95.00

· 4 Week program

· Initial One Hour meeting to review athlete’s expectations, goals, background. Everything needed for me to create a custom program.

· Custom 4 week CFE Program

· General “Functional Food” advice to accompany the training program.

· One Coach/Athlete Training session. Athlete will pick one of the work outs, and coordinate with me to watch/analyze them.

Get Your Giddy Up On (K5 to 10K) Program: $195.00

· 8 Week Program

· Initial One Hour meeting to review athlete’s expectations, goals, background. Everything needed for me to create a custom program.

· Custom 8 Week CFE Program

· One Hour Food for Fuel Session

· Two Coach/Athlete Training session. Athlete will pick two of the work outs, and coordinate with me to watch/analyze them.

Let’s Do This (1/2 or Full Marathon/Ultra Bound) Program: $295.00

· 12 Week Program

· Initial One Hour meeting to review athlete’s expectations, goals, background. Everything needed for me to create a custom program.

· Video Analysis

· Custom 12 Week CFE Program

· One Hour Food for Fuel Session

· Three Coach/Athlete Training session. Athlete will pick three of the work outs, and coordinate with me to watch/analyze them

· Race Strategy Session
