Event Information
PA is chilly in March and who knows we may even get some snow...competitors should be prepared with snow shoes, five fingers, or Chuck Taylors, whichever is preferred, as one of the events may take them outdoors. Majority of the time, athletes and spectators will find themselves indoors with the comforts of stahl mats, pull up bars and bumper weights all around.
Volunteer Opportunities:
We are looking for 50-75 interested volunteers and judges to please contact Tanya Wagner. If you are interested in judging and are CrossFit Level I or Level II certified please make note of that in your email and specify that you are interested in judging. If you have limited experience with the movements or would like to help in ways other than judging please consider being on our volunteer team and denote that in your email as well.

The second wod Mike was 5:41 Keith 6:24. Second was changed to 5 rds 5 thrusters #95 and 7 burpees then 30 pull ups. Great job Mike and Keith and enjoy your day of rest you deserve it.
