I grew up in Souderton, PA where I attended Souderton Area High School. I played several sports growing up, including soccer, basketball, and 3 years of

baseball at Souderton. After graduating, I went to Temple University where I studied Secondary Education/History, and am now teaching at the middle

school level where I am able to pursue my passion for teaching. While in college, I was introduced to CrossFit and have been a member at CrossFit Apex

since 2013. At first, the competitiveness of CrossFit and competing with a clock got me interested, but the community I have been able to call my second

home has kept me coming back ever since! It is a pleasure to be able to train athletes at Apex because it allows me to continue two of my passions in

life, teaching and CrossFit.
