FRIDAY NIGHT LUNGS

2 Friday's a month Friday Night Lungs challenges and expands your lung endurance with running centric WOD's. Workout's are typically 20 to 45 minutes in length and scaleable to everyone's endurance capacity.

Classes are geared to not only test your endurance, but also to build your endurance in a fun and engaging way.

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Twice a year (Spring and Fall), a 8 session (2x a week for 4 weeks), CrossFit Apex offers Endurance Classes by Endurance Coach Todd Pollock. Each class consist of teaching proper running technique/form for getting faster, stronger and increasing overall fitness by improving your running mechanics. Additionally video analysis, and mobility specific to runners as well as functional food that helps fuel your endurance.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

CrossFit Apex offers One on One Personal Training with Coach Todd Pollock from Greater Than Endurance. Each session is custom tailored to meet your Endurance Goals. Endurance Personal Training includes more than just running at each session. Strength, Mobility and Nutrition is addressed as well.

Costs are as follows:

  • 1 Session - $60.00
  • 3 Sessions - $150.00
  • 5 Sessions - $225.00
  • 10 Sessions - $400.00
